Paste the supplier’s plots.
GeoJSON or a CSV with lat and lon columns. Add the legal name, country, HS code, commodity and production date. Nothing is uploaded; it stays in this browser tab.
Read the flags.
Each problem comes as a slip with a plain reason: a polygon that is not closed, edges that cross, latitude and longitude the wrong way round, a code that does not match the commodity.
Take the draft and the record.
Pick suppliers for a shipment. Download the draft as JSON or CSV, and print the audit record to PDF with a timestamp and a SHA-256 hash of the data.

Limits
What this does not do.
- It does not file. The Commission’s documentation describes statement submission through web services for operators and authorised representatives. This tool does not connect to them. Export the draft and send it by the route you have.
- It does not decide compliance. Checks cover format and consistency of the data. Whether land was deforested, or timber legally harvested, needs evidence this tool cannot see.
- The country table is a sample. Check each country against the current Commission list before relying on a risk class.
- The worksheet is a plain template. It has not been reviewed by a lawyer. Field names follow the Information System as we read it; re-check them before use.
- It does not keep accounts. No supplier invitations, no payments, no email from the tool. Data lives in your browser until you clear it.
